At Aqua Huna Live Tropical Fish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
